Licensed Battlefield Guides
Tour the Gettysburg Battlefield with a Licensed Battlefield Guide (LBG) in your vehicle! This is a great way to learn and see the battlefield from the comfort of your own vehicle. Standard tours are 2-hours long, but extended tour options are available.
Each guide has an in-depth knowledge of the battle and battlefield and has passed a series of comprehensive and grueling tests, administered by the National Park Service (NPS). Unless you – the customer – objects, the LBG will drive your vehicle. This allows YOU to focus on what the guide is sharing, and not having to worry about navigating the next turn.
Remember, you must have a seat for the guide in your vehicle.
